If you used a credit card or PayPal for an order that was attempted but not completed and a charge on your method of payment, it is because your financial institution placed a temporary hold on your account to ensure funds will be available if the order processes through. Your account is not actually billed until your order is processed and a confirmation number is received. If the order is not processed, the hold will automatically expire within 2-7 business days and no action is required on your part.

If you used a credit card to place your order, in some cases for pre-order items, and items that will not ship within 1-2 days, we will place a temporary hold on your account to ensure the funds are available, but will not charge your payment method until 1 to 2 days prior to the first shipment on your order.
