Can't find an item?

We only display items that are currently in stock and available for shipping. If you can't find an item on our site, it means it's currently out of stock and unavailable for ordering.

Can't find your size?

All available sizes for each item are displayed on the product detail page. If a size is no longer available, it will be grayed out. We regularly update our inventory and add new products, so please continue to check our online catalog for any updates.

How do I report an issue with your website?

In stock

These items are available for immediate shipment once payment is verified. We confirm their availability, pack them for shipping, approve the payment, verify the receiving address, and provide an Estimated Delivery Date on your order confirmation page.

Limited stock

Products listed as limited stock are currently low or limited in inventory.

Out of stock

Products listed as out of stock are currently not in stock. Please remember to check back – if or when inventory is replenished and available, this will be reflected online.

Pre-order/ special event Items

Products listed as pre-order/ special event are advance purchase item(s) that are not yet in stock on our website but are available while quantities last.  pre-order / special event items are shipped once in stock and the public release date arrives. You will be notified of a product's updated shipping status by email. The expected shipping time dates will be listed on your order confirmation page and can vary by size.

Manufacturer direct

Manufacturer direct items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. They can ship within the United States, but only select items can ship internationally. Expedited shipping is not available, and orders with in-stock items may arrive in separate shipments. Customized items are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or returned. Manufacturer direct items have a 30 day return policy, with some exclusions applied. 

Customized/ personalized items

We want fans to celebrate their fandom by customizing and personalizing certain products. For these customizable products, we invite customers to tell us how they would like their preferred name or other text to appear by typing that text into the field indicated (up to 12 characters). Please note, Fanatics may reject and cancel any customization order for any reason, including messages that are deemed offensive or inappropriate.

Memorabilia

An object of significance or historical value associated with a person, event, or moment in time, often cherished by collectors and fans. Memorabilia items can include autographed sports equipment, jerseys, photographs, trading cards, and other collectible items that hold sentimental or nostalgic value.

No consideration is required from you to obtain FanCash but to obtain FanCash, you must create and maintain a customer account registered with a valid email address and check out while logged into that account on one of the websites, which is then offering FanCash.

FanCash has no cash value. FanCash is not transferable to anyone else and may only be used by you with your account.

Return Label

For orders shipped within the United States and Canada, we provide a prepaid merchandise return label for easy and convenient returns. Simply attach it to the package containing the returned item and send it back to us hassle-free. Please note that the fee associated with our label for US returns is $9.99 and for Canada it is $14.99. 

Flawed

Products that have noticeable damage, defects, or functional issues that may affect their performance or appearance.

Gift return
