What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept online payments with a number of payment methods. A full list of available payment methods will be displayed at the checkout when placing your order.

Please note:

  • When placing an order using your PayPal account, the shipping address will be based on the authorized information listed on your PayPal account. If you need to ship to a different address, please update your PayPal account before placing the order.
  • We do not accept checks, CODs, layaway plans, or money orders.

Why is there a hold on my account?

Why do I not see a refund in my bank account?

If your payment method was not charged you will not see any refunds. If you have been charged it can take 2-7 business days to reflect on to the original form of payment at checkout. When a refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation confirming this is completed.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is charged for orders shipped within the the applicable areas of the United States. Items shipped to military addresses are not subject to taxes. The amount of sales tax charged is based on current tax rates, and the amount on your order is an estimated tax that may differ from the actual sales taxes charged. State and local tax rates are subject to change at any time. Taxes are refunded for returned items.

If you are eligible for tax exemption, please place your order first and then contact us to have your taxes refunded. Follow the instructions provided to complete the tax-exempt form and attach the required documentation for verification.

Do you have any coupons, promotions, or discounts?

You can find our current promotions on our home page. Simply apply the provided code at the final step of checkout to see the discount deducted automatically from your cart total. Please note that only one promotion can be used per order, and certain brands or merchandise may be excluded from specific promotions. 

What is FanCash?

FanCash is a loyalty discount that can be redeemed toward future purchases on our site. It is earned by creating and maintaining a customer account registered with a valid email address. When checking out, log in with your username and password, and your FanCash will be deducted from your subtotal. FanCash cannot be used for shipping expenses or sales taxes. FanCash earned expires at the end of the year in which it was earned.
